Alex is a strategist specializing in large-scale organizational effectiveness and operational excellence. He brings a robust background in leadership alignment, strategy development, and human capital transformation. From Fortune 100 companies to startups, Alex has partnered with clients to transform their organizations, realize tangible business results, and accelerate critical strategic priorities through human-centric solutions.
Before joining Empactful Advisors, Alex spent the last decade working with the largest organizations in the world to execute their strategy more effectively. In recent years, he has advised clients navigating large-scale transformations at Kotter – a change and leadership development consulting firm, Slalom – a strategy and management consulting firm, and WorkBoard – an industry leader in leveraging technology to align, drive, and produce results across enterprise organizations.
Alex earned his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. He completed his bachelor’s degree in political science, with minors in peace and justice and pre-law, at Saint Norbert College.
