Recruitment Process
To better understand your skills and superpowers we've developed a process that allows both you and us time to get to know one other.
EA Roundtable
We begin with a casual and fun opportunity to talk through real-life client problems and discuss approaches, potential solutions, and outcomes. You'll join a few other candidates for this small group conversation.
Screening Interview
This step will assess how your experience stacks up against a set of predetermined competencies for a particular role. Typically 45 minutes in length, the goal is to determine if you’re a fit from both a skills and cultural standpoint.
Who Interview
Next, a deep dive into your three most recent positions.
Focus Interview
Finally, we spend time on a specific skill set or area of interest where we need a bit more clarity.
