Cameron is a strategy execution and transformation expert with a passion for driving growth for his clients. Over the past ten years, Cameron has worked with many of the world’s largest organizations, including ExxonMobil, Ford and Chevron, to help them achieve breakthrough results faster than they believed possible.
Prior to joining Empactful Advisors, Cameron worked for WorkBoard, a strategy execution software start-up backed by SoftBank and Andreesen Horowitz. In this role, Cameron was responsible for business development and account management for Fortune 50 organizations focused on adopting WorkBoard’s platform to manage their strategy at scale.
Previously, Cameron worked alongside the world’s foremost change expert Dr. John Kotter (Konosuke Matsushita Professor of Leadership, Emeritus at the Harvard Business School) at his firm Kotter, where he helped lead their largest and most complex global transformation engagements. These engagements helped deliver hundreds of millions of dollars in cost and revenue enhancements while dramatically improving organizational cultures.
Cameron is a graduate of Brandeis University and lives in Boston, MA.
