In my role at EA, I bring 36 years as a change management expert, educator, entrepreneur, executive coach, and curator of experiences that develop high performing teams and transform cultural norms to deliver better, faster execution results. My joint venture relationship with EA includes an exchange of intellectual property, resource and advisor network development tools and a very deep history similar to EA’s results-driven approach.
Having been founder and president of two successful consulting businesses, I and my teams have over three decades work experience in over 40 countries including having led several significant large-scale change initiatives… over one-hundred Workout sessions for General Electric and nearly five hundred ACT problem solving sessions for IBM. Measured outcomes included several billion dollars of measured returns coupled with speed, simplification and improved cultural norms. These processes have been successfully adapted in all global business regions. Having served in a wide variety of change management roles in over fifty other companies, I deeply care about people and about results… the positive outcomes that allow people to give and to grow even better, every day.
At EA, my primary focus is on building and sustaining a cohesive cadre of talented advisors and thought leaders along with creating and delivering impactful experiences that grow effective leaders. I draw from my five years at Boston University’s award-winning Executive Challenge Program, eleven years on both the consulting and teaching faculty at GE’s Welch-era Crotonville, sixteen years interacting with multiple clients and the management of Duke Corporate Education, and twenty-five years with Marshall Goldsmith and The Learning Network. Experiences now in the EA portfolio include my long-standing relationship with Porsche Track Experiences (read Driving Leaders), a new and very improved workshop for (even) smarter and healthier executive performance, and a highly innovative software tool bordering on meditation that improves and sustains focus and that drives significant improvement in business (and personal) outcomes. And more are in the works!
Professional education includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Production Management from Rochester Institute of Technology and graduate work completing Boston University's Management Development Program and Columbia University's Advanced Organizational Development Program. My family and I enjoy life based in Crested Butte and Denver, CO.
