Dr. Cree Scott specializes in leadership development and executive coaching. She is a high performing consulting psychologist with a 15-year career as a consultant, executive coach, and clinician. She has expertise in the area of human-centered leadership development, and her client solutions include: customized course design, facilitation, program evaluation, and coaching to optimize self-awareness and performance. Dr. Scott also provides strategy-based consulting services in the areas of employee well-being and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Cree provides off-the-shelf and customized leadership development trainings for employees at all levels of their career who are committed to learning, applying, and sustaining skills that foster growth and development. Her customized workshops are geared toward addressing specific business challenges that leaders may be experiencing, primarily within the areas of DEI, employee well-being, and effective leadership. Cree is known for her ability to connect with her audience and turn complex concepts into digestible, actionable strategies that support behavior change.
As a certified coach, Cree uses a strengths-based coaching approach grounded in cognitive-behavioral and positive psychology. She takes time to understand each of her clients’ specific needs, and to include their organizational culture and the unique expectations that equate to success. Her coaching process typically uncovers blind spots as well as self-limiting beliefs and habits. These discoveries lead to breakthroughs in her clients’ ability to lead themselves and others.
Dr. Scott works with organizations across multiple industries and sectors including, but not limited to, commercial, federal, state and local government, universities, and non-profits. She spent over 12 years in consulting, focused primarily on strategy, change management, and leadership development. Cree holds a doctorate in Psychology and an MBA certification from Xavier University. She is a certified coach, Project Management Professional (PMP) and is Hogan’s and DiSC certified.
