Jen is an Executive Coach and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Talent Management Consultant with over 20 years of experience developing leaders. She draws on her experience in leadership development, group dynamics, and change management to help individuals and organizations unlock and maximize their potential. Working as a consultant and coach, and in leadership roles internally, she truly understands the complexities of leading in today's organization.
As a certified Executive Coach, Jen combines her experience navigating corporate change with her ability to constructively challenge leaders on what it's like being on the other side of their leadership. At the organizational level, Jen has had the privilege of designing and delivering globally scaled management and leadership development programs in addition to working with clients to develop talent solutions that enable development and growth.
Jen has taken on various roles within Fortune 500 companies, including Vice President of Global Talent Management and Inclusion & Diversity for PVH, one of the largest global apparel companies, and the Head of Talent Management at BNP Paribas. In these roles, Jen has lived many of the challenges her clients face in developing strategy, creating buy-in with C-Suite executives, and addressing the pitfalls that can come with execution and change.
Jen is currently an adjunct professor for Duke University's Corporate Education program and began her consulting career at Stromberg Consulting, a change management firm in New York. As a consultant and coach, Jen has had the privilege of working with clients including Alliance Bernstein, Credit Suisse, CVS Health, American Express, Monster.com, Microsoft, FedEx, 7-Eleven, Pfizer, Ultra Electronics, and The Walt Disney Company.
