Jimmy is a strategy execution, growth and business turnaround expert. He works with executives and leadership teams to drive alignment and speed by accelerating the execution of their most critical strategic priorities. The initiatives Jimmy has led have delivered over $1.6 billion in employee-led, incremental revenue and cost enhancements.
To drive this scale of results, a pillar of Jimmy’s work is creating a culture of peak performance in a sustainable and scalable manner. Along with quantifiable business results, Jimmy’s clients see employee engagement scores going from - in some cases - industry laggard to industry leader levels and earning best places to work awards. Peak performance and a solid culture are not mutually exclusive. You can and should have both.
