She helps leaders create diverse and inclusive teams where people can bring their authentic selves and feel a sense of belonging and meaningful contribution.
Kristi’s expertise includes strategic planning, organization assessment, team development, leadership training, change management, equity and inclusion, and executive coaching. She helps her clients create highly engaged work forces that succeed through collaboration, teamwork and effective communication. Kristi applies her coaching expertise to help executives work at their highest potential by listening deeply, identifying what’s getting in their way of having the impact they want, and challenging them to create their desired results.
Kristi has served in a variety of roles including Employee Relations Manager for a Fortune 500 company, internal OD specialist and trainer in several local government organizations, and as a coach and consultant to private and public sector senior leaders. Her clients span local government organizations in the DC Metro area as well as private sector clients in the architecture, property management, accounting, construction and commercial development industries.
Kristi graduated summa cum laude with an MA in Public Administration from the University of Virginia and graduated with a BA in Politics from Washington and Lee University, where she earned a top distinction as a campus leader by being inducted into Omicron Delta Kappa, a nationally celebrated leadership and scholarship fraternity. Kristi’s post-graduate work has included earning a certificate in Organizational Development from Georgetown University. Additionally, Kristi is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach, a high-level distinction as an experienced coaching practitioner, by the International Coaching Federation, and is a certified Diversity to Belonging Facilitator and Certified Culture Facilitator.
