Above all, Kristin believes in the power of people. She is dedicated to helping individuals and teams learn how to tap into their own innate ability to achieve seemingly impossible results faster than they ever thought possible, from the C-Suite to front-line workers and everyone in between. As a coach and facilitator, Kristin leverages speed, agility, neuroscience, and the power of imagination to help challenge the status quo and move people into a new belief about what’s possible. This work enables an action-oriented mindset that delivers exponential impact on both an organization’s performance and its culture – with strategy execution and cultural transformation being inexorably linked.
Kristin has over a decade of experience leading large-scale transformations in Fortune 500 companies, national and city governments, and non-profit organizations in a wide array of sectors and countries. She has led and supported engagements with over $1 billion in employee-led revenue and cost enhancements, as well as massive improvements in public service delivery in sectors such as health, education, homelessness, and public infrastructure.
Kristin holds a M.A. in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, a B.A. in International Relations and a B.A. in Social Relations and Policy from James Madison College at Michigan State University. Aside from her consulting work, she leverages her change skills to coach individuals recovering from nervous system dysregulation due to chronic illness and she also serves as a Virtual Peace Corps Participant, currently serving Ukraine.
