Michelle Ridgley has over 20 years of Learning & Talent Development experience, in addition to providing coaching and consulting services that increase the potential of human capital. Her expertise includes talent assessment and management, organization development, change management, learning strategy, design, delivery, analysis, and facilitation. Michelle has demonstrated success working across the business at all levels while developing trust and building effective partnerships.
Michelle recently held positions at Medtronic plc in Global HR including Talent Assessment & Team Effectiveness. In this role she consulted with intact teams and workgroups to facilitate and administer tools that drove high performing teams. She also worked in Global Talent Management supporting executive committee leadership with identifying top talent potential, organization and talent planning, VP development planning, and performance management. Previously, she led an award-winning Diversity and Inclusion council that created and implemented a variety of cross-functional programs and processes.
Michelle’s true passion is helping organizations and people realize their true potential. Michelle is certified in a variety of tools that assess personal preferences and emotional & social functioning. She holds a M.Ed. and a Certificate in Organization Development from Cambridge College. She also holds a certificate in Human Performance Improvement (HPI) from ASTD. Michelle is a graduate of the Partnership’s Fellows Program and of UMASS Boston’s Center for Collaborative Leadership’s Emerging Leaders program.
