Nauman is a seasoned executive with over 25 years’ experience in leadership positions with Fortune 500 companies such as Roper Industries, General Electric, Ingersoll Rand and SPX Flow. His expertise includes business strategy, marketing, commercial operations, product management and manufacturing operations. In his various roles, Nauman has worked alongside senior executives to help teams deliver substantial growth by driving focus and speed in strategy execution. In his last role at SPX Flow, Nauman led M&A activities (evaluating over 50 opportunities and executing 2 mid-market acquisitions in a 12-month period).
In addition to his industrial experience Nauman has over 7 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, serving as co-founder and Chairman of the Board at Innovatel, a leading digital health company. He has lived in Singapore, USA and Canada, and served multiple industries in Energy, Wastewater Treatment, Pharma and Food & Beverage.
Nauman holds a bachelor’s degree from McMaster University. Additionally, he holds an MBA from University of Texas at Austin, and a Master’s in Healthcare Informatics from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
