Reggie is a founder, coach and facilitator who’s all about building strong communities. He takes a systems approach in all that he does to ensure sustainability. His work with leaders is about managing change and driving real business results, while ensuring a level of adaptability and collaboration with his clients.
With over 30 years of professional experience, Reggie is passionate about relationships and results. As a degreed engineer, he has become a leadership enthusiast who uses his successful business experience, his systems thinking and facilitative expertise to inspire leaders and teams to next-level business results.
Before founding his own firm, Reggie held multiple leadership roles at Pepsi Bottling and Earthlink Inc. At Pepsi, Reggie managed multimillion-dollar capital projects and drove 15-20% productivity improvements in its manufacturing operation. At Earthlink (a leading ISP), he and his team led the Dallas Sales Organization from #6 to #1 in a 15-month period.
Reggie has traveled globally and worked with recognized organizations in various industries including Honeywell, Lennox International, BNSF Railway, Deloitte, GE, Lockheed Martin, AT&T, Pioneer Natural Resources, TCU, TXU, Texas Instruments, Bristol-Myer Squibb, Pfizer, Marriott, ESPN, Walgreen, BP, SAFRAN Group, and more. A few of his past collaborators have been The John Maxwell Company, Zig Ziglar, Stephen Covey, and Right Management.
In addition to his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University, Reggie holds various certifications and accreditations, including a coach certification from Centers for Executive Coaching, Insights Discovery (IDA), EQ-i 2.0, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Korn Ferry 360, ToP Facilitator, Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP), and Modern Classroom Certified Trainer (MCCT).
