Tom Dougherty has spent over 25 years working with healthcare providers across the nation to provide impactful and lasting solutions in the fields of revenue cycle, compliance, reimbursement, financial management, and cost containment.
Recently, Tom helped found and lead sales efforts for one of the fastest-growing hospital revenue cycle management firms in the U.S., culminating in a successful acquisition through The Carlyle Group. Prior to that, Tom has held several leadership positions for healthcare services firms, including Optum, MedeAnalytics, HMS Holdings, and Siemens Health Solutions.
Tom holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Independence Mission Schools, a non-profit network of 15 independent Catholic schools serving low-income Philadelphia neighborhoods. Tom is based in the Philadelphia area.
